How do I create account?
- Click the "Register" button, located in the "Authentication" block on the right hand side of the page.
- Create your profile, being sure to fill in all of the required fields. (marked with a red asterisk).
- Click the "Submit" button when you are finished.
- You will be automatically logged in as you complete your registration.
- Write down and save the Username and Password.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, cheque or money order
What if I'm not comfortable paying online?
Feeling uncomfortable about making payments online by credit card? Please read "Safer Buying - PayPal" for more information regarding the security technologies and systems employed to keep you safe online.
If you still feel more comfortable dealing with me personally, please call me at 905-318-4111 from 9 am to 8pm with your credit card information for me to process personally. When choosing this method, you must agree to include the 3 digit security code at the back of your card, or I will be unable to process the payment.
What are my shipping options? May I pickup my order?
There is an option for regular or express mail orders shipped within Canada or to the U.S. Shipments within Ontario are now free, with a surcharge of $4 applied if you require a box for your purchase. (To cover extra shipping cost for larger package). Please inquire for exact quote to shipping internationally.
Pickups are not possible as we don't have a retail location.
Holds to pick up at any upcoming venue can only be accommodated for a maximum of one week. Should you miss the pickup date, the item on hold will be put back in stock for sale.
How do I get free shipping in Ontario?
Free shipping is available on orders shipped within Ontario by Canada Post Regular. When you place your order, and if your shipping address is within Ontario, you will see "(CA$0.00)" as the shipping charge for orders shipped via Canada Post Regular.
Who may create an account as a Wholesale Customer?
You may log in as a wholesale customer if you have a retail sales tax permit and will have minimum orders of $200 per order. You will receive typical wholesale discount at this level.
Who may create an account as a Distributor?
You may log in as a distributor upon purchasing our distributorship option at $200 and following the guidelines stated within. This option is appropriate for smaller businesses that would like to
sell our jewelery but cannot commit to $200 every purchase. You will receive a percentage off your order which will increase based on the total value of purchases over time, up to 40% off.
Who may create an account as a Preferred Customer?
You may log in as a preferred customer if you have received a special invitation at a venue you attended or as a repeat customer, and benefit from our special venue pricing.
I can't remember my username/password, what do I do now?
- If you had successfully registered and logged into our web site before, most likely you entered the incorrect username or password.
- If you don't remember your username or password, click the "Recover password" link in the "Authentication" box. Enter your email address and click the "Submit" button. Your username and password will be emailed to you.
I want to get notified when you add new items on your web site.
Just click "Subscribe Newsletter" and enter your email address. You may always unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our Newsletters.
I signed up for your newsletter, but I have never received them.
When we send out our Newsletter, some emails get rejected by some Internet Service Providers (ISP) using spam guard service. Also, please check your email address you used for registration. Many
visitors mis-spell their email addresses.
